Lagos is set to host Beyond Borders 2026, an international summit designed to provide individuals, families, entrepreneurs and investors with information on global mobility, international relocation and investment opportunities.

The summit will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Marriott Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, according to the organisers, iWorld and Mirsatori. Oaklands & Johnson Capital (O&J Capital) is the strategic partner for the event.

The one-day event is expected to bring together professionals and prospective clients interested in areas such as European residency, second citizenship, international business relocation and global investment.

Organisers said the summit will showcase more than 20 global mobility and wealth-management solutions, giving participants an opportunity to learn about different residency and citizenship pathways as well as investment options in various jurisdictions.

Key areas expected to be discussed include European residency opportunities in countries such as France, Spain, Greece and Portugal, second citizenship programmes and international investment options involving areas such as real estate and funds.

The programme will feature presentations from specialists, panel discussions and an open question-and-answer session. Participants will also have opportunities to discuss their individual circumstances with experts after the main sessions.

According to the organisers, the summit will have two identical sessions on October 22—a morning session and an evening session—with each session limited to 100 participants.

The event will also extend beyond the main conference day. One-on-one consultations with the iWorld and Mirsatori teams are scheduled for October 23, allowing participants to discuss their individual situations in greater detail.

The organisers say the conference is intended to help participants better understand the legal, investment and practical considerations involved in international relocation and mobility decisions.

Mirsatori describes itself as a global mobility company providing services relating to residency, second citizenship and international business relocation, while iWorld describes itself as an international law firm specialising in immigration, financial, corporate and investment law. O&J Capital is identified as the summit’s wealth-management strategic partner.

Participation in the summit is currently listed at US$150 per delegate. According to the organisers, the amount can be credited toward the cost of a subsequent service if a participant proceeds with an agreement, with an additional discount of up to 20 per cent available where an agreement is signed on the day of the summit.

The organisers are positioning Beyond Borders 2026 as a platform for people considering international relocation, overseas business expansion, alternative residency or citizenship options, and investment diversification.

As Nigerians and businesses continue to explore opportunities outside the country, events focused on global mobility have become an avenue for prospective clients to meet specialists and obtain information about the requirements, costs and implications associated with different international programmes.

However, participants considering any residency, citizenship or investment programme will need to independently assess the applicable laws, eligibility requirements, costs and risks before making financial or relocation decisions.
