Court Nullifies EFCC Report on London/Paris Club Refunds, Rules in Favour of ALGON Lawyer
The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), sitting in Garki, Abuja, has nullified an Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) investigation report that accused lawyer Dr Ted Iseghohi-Edwards of fraud in connection with the London/Paris Club refunds involving Nigeria’s 774 local government areas.
